This is an aluminum base luggage tag with a special white coating on each side that is printed on. The white coating covers both sides of the tag so colored pictures and text can be printed on it, making the aluminum of the tag only visible along the edges.
I use a high heat to print (NOT ENGRAVE) directly onto the luggage tag - the graphics are NOT printed on stickers and glued on to the tag, the inks soak into the special coating. The colors are vibrant and won't peel or rub off.
The size of the luggage tag is approximately 4” x 2” and a strap is included.
The denim look is printed on the aluminum tag, it is not actual denim. Cell phone not included, it too is printed on the tag.
Enter the text you want in the note to seller when checking out. Any text you send will be copied and pasted, so be sure it's exactly the way you want it - spelling, capitalization, punctuation, etc.
I normally ship the next business day after payment. I will send a preview (check spam/junk mail if you don't see it within about 3 hours). If you want to make changes you can but PLEASE BE AWARE THAT I WILL SHIP THIS THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY SO IF YOU WANT THE OPTION OF MAKING CHANGES YOU WILL NEED TO CHECK YOUR EMAIL AND FOLLOW UP IMMEDIATELY AS ONCE PRINTED IT CAN'T BE CHANGED AND IF I DON'T HEAR FROM YOU, I WILL ASSUME YOU APPROVE OF THE PREVIEW AS SENT.

I use the U.S. Post Office for most of my shipping, and once in awhile the delivery of your item may be delayed BY THEM.
I WILL SHIP ONLY TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS YOU SPECIFY WHEN CHECKING OUT. If you want to ship to an address other than the one in your profile you MUST change the ship to address when checking out, as I will ship ONLY to the address on the receipt. I have many orders to process each day and changing an address may not get done. You would be unhappy and so would I if it didn't go the the right place.
If you have provided the wrong address in the shipping information, and your item is returned to me, you will have to pay for reshipping it. I am not responsible for an item getting lost due to a wrong address provided by you.
Once your order is at the Post Office, its delivery is controlled by them, I no longer can do anything about the time it takes for delivery. You can track your package with the tracking number provided (you should get a shipping notification with the number or you can find it on your transaction information). The information provided there is all the information available.
If the tracking information for your item shows it has been delivered by the Post Office, then I assume that it has indeed been delivered. If you can't find it you will have to get in touch with your Post Office as I have no control over its delivery, only the Post Office does.
This can be returned ONLY if I have made a mistake in production or it's been damaged in transit. I will pay for return shipping.
